Terms of Service

About These Terms

These terms apply when you engage Tradon ("we", "us") for back-office automation services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We design, build, and support automated back-office systems for trade and property businesses in Ireland, using tools including Google Sheets, Make.com, and AppSheet, connected together to remove manual admin work.

No Long-Term Contracts

We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. Either party may end the engagement with reasonable notice, as agreed at setup.

Fees

Pricing is agreed individually based on your business's needs, following a free consultation. Fees and payment terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business and to use connected tools such as AppSheet as required for the system to function correctly.

Limitation of Liability

Tradon builds systems that connect tools you already use. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data issues caused by third-party platforms (such as Google, Make.com, AppSheet, or Meta) that are outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Any custom automation, workflows, or documentation we build for you remain usable by your business. Our underlying methods, templates, and know-how remain Tradon's property.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
