We process your data based on your consent when you contact us, to perform a contract once you become a client, and our legitimate business interests.
Client data is stored within tools you already use and control, such as your own Google account, connected to systems including your job management platform, Make.com, and AppSheet. We do not send your data to systems outside your control without telling you.
We may share limited data with service providers that help us run our business and yours, including Google, your job management platform, Make.com, AppSheet, and Meta (for WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram messages you send us). Each provider has its own privacy policy.
We keep client data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, and enquiry data for a reasonable period if you do not become a client.
